Fully automatic thermal analyzerInstrument features:
1. Direct injection, compatible with various brands of chromatography.
2. The instrument adopts a microcontroller control system, integrates multiple controls, has a small size, strong functions, and is expandable.
3. Adopting high-precision stabilizing valve, with high stabilizing accuracy and stable airflow.
4. All air ducts are made of 316 stainless steel that has been passivated and polished, and the sealing material is made of silicone rubber sealing rings, which are free of volatile substances.
5. All heating air ducts use imported high inertia deactivated stainless steel air ducts, sealed with PTFE material, high temperature resistance, and no volatile substances.
6. Precision high-temperature resistant six way valve is used in the heating valve box, with no dead volume, and the highest operating temperature can reach 200 ℃
7. The integrated design of heating valve box and heating gas path reduces intermediate links and greatly reduces the problem of low resolution caused by dead volume
8. By calculating the diameter of the analytical tube and gas path, a variable diameter joint was designed to minimize the dead volume at the connection point of the analytical tube and gas path.
