The SL2100 fully automatic solubility tester is based on the equal volume saturation method and provides a reliable solution for measuring the solubility of gases in liquids. It adopts a fully metal sealed structure and has a working range covering -30 ° C; C~100 C and 0-5 MPa, the built-in magnetic stirring system can accelerate the gas-liquid two-phase equilibrium. At the same time, through the calibrated system volume, the solubility can be directly calculated based on the change in equilibrium pressure, without the need for complex sampling, effectively ensuring data accuracy. Combined with self-developed measurement and control software, real-time monitoring and acquisition of temperature and pressure can be achieved, and one click generation of solubility curve is supported.

The software can monitor and record temperature and pressure data in real-time, dynamically determine the equilibrium state, and directly generate temperature solubility or pressure solubility relationship curves. No manual intervention is required throughout the process, greatly reducing the difficulty of operation and further improving the repeatability and reliability of experimental results.
