Snowflake ice is a natural form of ice with a temperature slightly below zero degrees, making it easy to access and stack.

Scotsman offers two types of snowflake ice: snowflake ice and optimized version snowflake ice. Snowflake ice has a moisture content of 25%, which is relatively humid but has good plasticity and wide applicability.

The optimized version of snowflake ice is more compact and has a moisture content of 15% -18%. It is drier than ordinary snowflake ice and can be kept moist for a long time on refrigerated display tables without the need to add ice halfway. Snowflake Ice and Snowflake Ice are very suitable for laboratories, restaurant fresh food displays, hotel buffet tables, pre made frozen drinks, display of fresh fruits and fresh produce, cooling of wine and champagne, and more.
