Product Details

Single axis servo series

Suitable for the extraction of finished products and nozzles from various types of horizontal injection molding machines weighing 50-250 tons. Model 550/650/750/850, with single and double arm types for upper and lower arms; The up and down stroke can be increased from 550-850mm. An auxiliary arm can be added for the three piece mold, while clamping the finished product and the water outlet. The horizontal drive methods include pneumatic drive, variable frequency motor drive, and AC servo motor drive. Installation can increase production capacity by 20% -30%, reduce product defect rate, ensure operator safety, reduce labor, accurately control production volume, and reduce waste.

Body structure

The horizontal axis is driven by an AC servo motor, and the up and down and pulling axes are driven by cylinders. Both the horizontal and up and down arms use high rigidity linear slides for feeding. The use of lightweight and high rigidity aluminum alloy extruded beams for pulling and lifting, combined with linear bearings and high-performance bearing steel, can meet the requirements of fast extraction speed, high efficiency, low vibration, and long service life.

Double section arm

The use of high rigidity linear sliding rails and aluminum alloy structural beams, along with a specially designed belt double speed mechanism, significantly shortens the structural height of the upper and lower arms. The upper and lower cylinders only need half of their stroke to achieve full stroke, which not only increases the speed and stability of the upper and lower strokes, but also can be used in places with high and low factory floors.

Lateral chamfering mechanism

Can be used in conjunction with a male or female mold to remove a fixed chamfer of 90 degrees.

Fixture circuit

Reserve gas pipelines and detection signals, and reserve two circuits for suction and holding. It can be used as a fixture for suction, clamping, and other applications, and can handle the diverse extraction of various finished products.
