1、 Operation method:
1. Connect the power supply, turn on the main power switch, start the machine, and test whether the machine is running normally.
2. Load the pellet medicine into the feeding hopper, adjust the feeding mechanism to ensure even feeding.
3. Set the size and weight of the formed pellets as needed, determine the output of the medicine press, adjust the pressure and counter of the medicine press, etc.
4. After the adjustment is completed, feed the feed into the medicine press and start the press to start pressing.
After the pellets are produced, they are sent to the next pharmaceutical process through a feeding mechanism. Check if the product meets the required size and weight.
After production is completed, clean and maintain the machine according to the cleaning and maintenance standards.
7. Check if the machine is in good condition and store it properly.
2、 Main advantages:
1. The ball crushing device adopts a servo control system, which can adjust a fixed speed between 10mm/min and 20mm/min at a constant speed during the entire test period. The national standard recommends 15mm/min ± 1mm/min to make the test data more accurate and to ensure the sample qualification rate and reproducibility. The servo control system can be used continuously and efficiently for a long time, with good stability;
2. When the equipment meets any of the following conditions, the test ends and the compressive strength value under high load is obtained during the test. (a) The load drops to 50% of the recorded high load value, or exceeds the recorded high load again; (b) Reduce the spacing between pressure plates to 50% of the initial average particle size of the sample;

4. During the experiment, real-time display of experimental data includes: crushing force value, maximum value, minimum value, average value, relative frequency distribution, and pressure curve graph for each pellet;
5. The experimental data can be stored for a long time, and historical experimental data can be queried and experimental reports can be printed according to different methods;
6. The equipment is equipped with a pressure overload protection system to prevent damage to the sensor due to misoperation.
