Product Features:

Fine Machinery: The framework of the system is made of high-quality imported high-strength oxidation protected aluminum profiles and treated with baking paint. All other major components are also made of aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and copper alloy through precision manufacturing.

Precision positioning: All linear moving units of the system, including the 3D sample stage (xy axis), (Z-axis) injector/needle movement adjustment, are driven by linear copper racks and precision dovetail grooves to ensure smooth, easy, and precise transmission.

Automatic Control: As a standard configuration, the CA-200 is equipped with a precision automatic liquid dispensing system AD (Automatic Dispensing) controlled by professional grade software. Using precision linear linear guide rails for droplet dispensing, the control accuracy can reach 0.1ul, ensuring measurement accuracy and repeatability. Puset people have changed the traditional way of introducing liquid into the catheter and adopted a push rod straight top structure, which is more convenient for cleaning and replacing the sampler, while avoiding the difficulties of traditional catheter injection and air removal that require professional operation. It can be loaded with high-precision airtight glass micro injectors (such as for measurements requiring precise/fine volume control) and can be configured with disposable plastic injectors (such as for measuring difficult to clean liquid samples); After the liquid is used up, it can be automatically refilled directly through the 5ml beaker provided.

Fully equipped injector and needle selection: dozens of different specifications of injectors are provided for users to choose from, such as different specifications (25ul/50ul/100ul/250ul/500ul/1000ul...), different materials (airtight glass injector/plastic injector), different brands (Hamilton/poli...) to meet different customer needs. We offer various specifications (10-34 #) and different materials (stainless steel/PTFE/PP flexible needles) as well as special needles (curved needles), which can be used for routine contact angle measurement, as well as for injection and droplet transfer of special liquids such as superhydrophobic, superhydrophilic, and high viscosity.

Imaging system: As a standard configuration, the CA-200 adopts a high-resolution CMOS image sensor with Rolling Shutter and a pomeas 0.7-4.5 telecentric contour lens. Ensure the best imaging effect. The high-intensity backlight cold light source with continuously adjustable brightness provides uniform background illumination for imaging.

Leading software platform: Software is the soul and brain of the entire measurement system. CAPST V1.2.1 software provides users with a wide range of functions and features, and many of its projects are outstanding in this field. As an optical method, the accuracy of measurement depends on the quality of imaging and subsequent processing, analysis, and calculation methods. The core components of the software include sub-pixel droplet coordinate detection, automatic liquid/solid/fluid three-phase contact line recognition, droplet full contour analysis, and droplet monitoring function based on continuous information feedback, all of which can be completed in real-time.
