Fully automatic oil fume and oil mist measuring instrument, the oil fume and oil mist in the fixed pollution source exhaust gas are adsorbed by the filter cartridge, extracted by ultrasonic extraction with tetrachloroethylene, and the extracted liquid is measured by infrared spectrophotometry.

The RN3100 fully automatic oil fume and oil mist analyzer is an analytical device that automatically measures the content of oil fume and oil mist in exhaust gas from fixed pollution sources. It can fully automate the processes of adding tetrachloroethylene, ultrasonic extraction, ultrasonic extraction liquid transfer, constant volume, and transfer measurement. The entire process is controlled automatically, simulating manual sample making, reducing human contact with tetrachloroethylene, and minimizing the harm of reagents.

1、 Application features of fully automatic oil fume and oil mist measuring instrument:
1. Multiple choices for computer configuration: The instrument can come with a Windows computer operating system without the need for an external computer. It can also be used with an external computer, and the operating software has both manual and automatic operation modes.
2. Ultrasonic extraction system: The cleaner automatically performs ultrasonic extraction, and the extraction process is automated and intelligently controlled.
3. Colorimetric tube constant volume: Use a 25ml colorimetric tube to constant volume, take 12ml ultrasonic extraction solution and 6ml ultrasonic extraction solution respectively, and automatically dilute to 25ml.
4. Closed loop 3D module design: The module is a 3D closed-loop control system that can detect the real-time operation status of the module. When the module collides, it can immediately stop running and sound an alarm.
5. Full process automation control: The instrument automatically adds the extraction solution tetrachloroethylene, performs ultrasonic cleaning, transfers and maintains the extraction solution volume, and automatically extracts the extraction solution for measurement and calculation, achieving full process automation control.
6. Intelligent biomimetic constant volume system: The extraction and constant volume process is automatically completed, and the constant volume judgment is carried out using an intelligent biomimetic system, which can accurately judge the constant volume endpoint without human error.
7. Standard solution configuration and automatic dilution: The instrument can automatically configure oil standard samples, quality control samples, and standard curves. The standard curve configuration has two methods to choose from: automatic and manual. The extraction measurement of ultra-high concentration water samples exceeds the standard, and the extraction solution can be automatically diluted.
