The heating method consistent with the oven
Halogen lamps typically burn off volatile substances, causing the sample to melt, burn, and harden on the surface. The ROS 1 moisture analyzer provides more stable heating and maintains accurate temperature in the oven. The built-in balance automatically and accurately measures the weight of each sample in real-time, with ultra fast speed.

ROS 1 did not heat the sample at a higher temperature. The reason for rapid measurement is due to continuous process monitoring and innovative drying algorithms that achieve a constant weight to determine the endpoint of drying. It should be noted that different samples require different drying times. ROS 1 can set the time and temperature for each sample, or achieve a constant weight.
Accurate results
The accuracy of ROS1 moisture analyzer is the same as that of oven method and Karl Fischer method, and the RSD value is 2-3 times lower than that of rapid moisture analyzer.
Digitization of Results
Even after calibration, the accuracy of near-infrared instruments may deteriorate. Although the secondary moisture method technology is advancing, their accuracy depends on the calibration of standard substances and the Karl Fischer method and oven drying weight loss method.
