Ø FY-3015ML is a fully automatic unmanned edge sealing and packaging machine independently developed by our company. It is widely used in the assembly line operation of large-scale production packaging, with automatic feeding, conveying, bagging, sealing, and shrinking completed in one go. It has high work efficiency and is suitable for products of different heights and widths
The horizontal blade of the sealing part adopts a vertical drive, and the vertical blade adopts an internationally advanced constant temperature side sealing blade. The sealing line is straight and firm, which can ensure that the sealing line is in the middle position of the product and can be continuously sealed and cut to achieve perfect sealing effect
The constant temperature heating sealing and cutting system can be used to seal and cut various industrial standard shrink films such as POF or cross-linked films. Products with different packaging specifications and sizes can be adjusted with a handwheel to increase reliability and make operation easier
Ø The vertical sealing knife can sustainably perform sealing and cutting actions, and the product length is not limited
This machine adopts the most advanced PLC programmable controller, which has safety protection and alarm devices. The sealing and cutting system can continuously and smoothly perform sealing actions without replacement, and the maintenance operation is very simple
Ø The feeding length control is achieved through the combination of electric eye detection and timer, accurately controlling the length of the adhesive film, making the shrinkage effect easier to control
Two sets of horizontal and vertical electric eyes are installed for easy switching and selection. For thin or small packaging materials, sealing and packaging operations can be easily completed
Ø Automatic waste winding, controlled by a separate motor, will not be too loose or too tight and will not crack, and the waste is easy to disassemble
Ø Vacuum feeding and inflation functions can be added according to customer needs to make the contracted products more aesthetically pleasing
Ø Front end power feeding line and rear end non power storage platform can be selected as needed
