Adopting high-performance programmable controller and touch screen combination control method, the electronic control system is composed of PLC+high-performance subdivision stepper motor+fiber optic sensor, which can effectively ensure the stability of the equipment;

The system has functions such as data acquisition, display, processing, alarm, etc. The human-machine interface can facilitate debugging of equipment, changing relevant parameters such as operating speed and position, and high-precision positioning through servo and module, fiber optic.

Operation steps:

The operator places the product to the bottom mold ->(equipment detection control) turntable rotation ->automatic film rolling (equipment automatic implementation) ->remove the coated product.
