The YH series fully automatic laser image measuring instrument is a high-performance measuring device launched by our company. This instrument combines advanced dual lens imaging technology and dual laser scanning technology, adopts imported screw drive and servo control technology, and is equipped with our company's independently developed automatic measurement software, which can achieve efficient and accurate measurement of large quantities of workpieces. It is widely used in the 3C industry and is suitable for measuring three-dimensional dimensions such as plane size, flatness, height, and curvature of products such as mobile phone glass and composite panels. It can effectively meet the production needs of high precision and high efficiency.
2、 Instrument features
1. High precision positioning and operation: XYZ three-axis adopts servo control, with high positioning accuracy and smooth operation, ensuring the stability and repeatability of the measurement process.
2. High stability structure: The overall structure is made of high-precision granite, which has stable performance, is not easily deformed, and can maintain measurement accuracy for a long time.
3. Dual station efficient design: Adopting a dual Y-axis design, equipped with two independent measuring stations (Table). The machine can operate continuously for 24 hours. When Table 1 is running for measurement, Table 2 can be used for product retrieval, achieving human-machine integration and greatly improving measurement efficiency.
4. Dual lens and dual laser technology: Equipped with dual lens imaging system and dual laser scanning system, it can simultaneously obtain high-resolution image data and high-precision 3D dimension data, meet various measurement needs, and improve measurement accuracy and speed.
