Precautions for using the blade and sample cup:

1. Use of blade:

During the operation of the homogenizer, the high-speed rotation of the blade causes high-speed and high-pressure shearing of the sample. Therefore, the blade should be installed correctly to avoid damaging the instrument or affecting the homogenization effect.

2. Blade replacement:

The blade should be replaced in a timely manner according to the properties and frequency of use of the homogeneous sample. For samples with a large amount of connective tissue, dense and hard samples, repeated and long-term homogenization may cause certain wear on the blade, resulting in a decrease in homogenization effect and efficiency. It is recommended to replace the blade.

3. Use of disposable sample cups:

Each specification of sample cup should be homogenized according to the sample volume specified in the sample cup technical parameters, generally not exceeding 2/3 of the sample cup volume, otherwise it may cause instrument failure or decrease in homogenization effect. The sample cup can be used for sample storage, with a temperature range of -196 ℃ to+121 ℃. To avoid cross contamination between samples due to washing, it is recommended to use the sample cup once.

The host consists of a high-speed motor, a sample cup fixing system, a safety door, a motor and sample cup fixing control system, including a control keyboard. The main function of a high-speed motor is to increase the power for the high-speed rotation of the cutting head; The function of the sample cup fixing system is to ensure the stable processing of the sample cup under working conditions; The safety door function is to prevent safety accidents caused by misoperation from causing harm to operators. When the safety door system is opened during operation, it automatically suspends work; The main function of the motor and sample cup fixing control system is to control the movement of the high-speed motor and the automatic start stop of the sample cup fixing system during operation

Knife head:

The blade head consists of a blade and a handle, both made of specially treated stainless steel material with strong mechanical strength. The shape and size of the blade and handle are matched with the host and cannot be changed arbitrarily to avoid affecting the homogenization effect or causing safety accidents

Disposable multifunctional sample cup:

The sample cup consists of a cup body, a cup lid, and a sealing plug, which are used together for different functions

Sample cups can be used for various functions such as sampling containers, sample preparation cups, and sample storage. The sample cup and cup lid are both made of polypropylene (PP) material, with special treatment on the inner and outer surfaces. They have good chemical inertness and a temperature resistance range of -196 ℃ to+121 ℃. They are suitable for sample storage, without the migration of other chemical substances, and will not cause chemical pollution to the sample. The cup body switch is designed scientifically, with 4 columns on the inner wall, high mechanical pressure resistance, sealed design, and no leakage of liquid contents
