1.1 Machine bed: The main body of the bed is made of high-quality and high-strength special materials cast as a whole. It has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, and small deformation, which can greatly improve the overall rigidity and sawing stability of the machine tool.
1.2 Power Head Section: The power head section is a critical core component of the entire equipment, which is fully imported from Taiwan to ensure the smooth operation of the circular saw machine and the service life of the core component. The adoption of a unique saw blade stabilization system can greatly improve the rigidity of clamping the circular saw blade, reduce the vibration and deflection of the saw blade, and greatly improve the service life of the saw blade, ensuring reliable cutting accuracy.
1.3 Feed system: The servo motor drives the ball screw to drive the power head for scissor type strong feed, and high-precision and fast cutting of the clamped workpiece.
1.4 Clamping device: It consists of two sets of horizontal and vertical clamping devices. The front and rear sets of devices can be clamped and released simultaneously, ensuring the smoothness of the sawing process.
1.5 Automatic feeding, feeding frame, and feeding mechanism: The automatic feeding adopts AC servo control high-precision ball screw to ensure reliable feeding accuracy. The material rack is used to arrange the raw materials to be cut in rows, and can hold rod materials with a maximum length of 6m. The feeding mechanism uses the action of the feeding oil cylinder to feed a rod to the automatic feeding tiger jaw, ultimately achieving automatic feeding, greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers and reducing sawing assistance time.
1.6 Material sorting device: It can facilitate the collection and processing of material heads and tails, and automatically achieve the separation and placement of heads and tails from finished products.
1.7 Hydraulic system: composed of oil tank, concentration block, hydraulic pump, hydraulic components, actuating components, etc., all of which use internationally renowned brand - Taiwan Oil Research Hydraulic Parts, with low failure rate, reliable performance, stable and reliable implementation of various program actions.
1.8 Electrical system: consisting of electrical cabinet, touch screen, buttons PLC、 Composed of motors, contactors, relays, heat exchangers, switches, and auxiliary components. The machine tool can achieve full process CNC, which means that except for the manual placement of the material rack in rows, from automatic material feeding to sawing completion, including material head and tail processing, all are automatically completed by the sawing line. 1.9 spray cooling system: Jinzhao energy-saving spray cooling and lubrication system is adopted, and the system adopts the micro lubrication method of environmental protection cutting oil for accurate measurement. The carefully designed nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil onto the saw teeth to reduce the generation of cutting heat. The nozzle also sprays high-efficiency cutting oil onto both sides of the saw blade for lubrication, which can improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, prevent environmental pollution, and improve the quality of the cutting edge, extending the service life of the saw blade.
1.10 Cutting fluid cooling device: It can automatically cool the workpiece with cutting fluid, and can switch and share with the spray cooling system according to the needs of different materials.
