Main performance and characteristics of the instrument
1、 This instrument is mainly used in laboratories of coal mines, power plants, chemical industries, coal washing plants, metallurgy, coking plants, scientific research departments and other units to determine the index of the bituminous coal gum layer (maximum gum layer thickness Y, final shrinkage X and volume curve).
2、 This instrument complies with the requirements of the national standard GB/T479-1999 "Method for determination of the gelatinous layer index of bituminous coal".
3、 This instrument is mainly used for the determination of X and Y values in bituminous coal.
4、 This instrument is controlled by a microcontroller, with high brightness digital display, and can simultaneously display the test time and the temperature specified by the national standard. Equipped with thermocouple cold junction temperature automatic compensation to reduce errors.
5、 It has automatic and manual control modes with interference free switching, adjustable control parameters, high measurement accuracy, flexible and convenient operation, and stable performance.
6、 It can simultaneously measure the heating rate, actual temperature, and current opening of two samples, namely the front and back furnaces, with clear and intuitive display.
7、 It has the functions of self diagnosis, display, and alarm of faults, which can detect faults in a timely manner and facilitate maintenance. Equipped with instant power-off automatic recovery function, saving time and avoiding sample scrap.
Functional Features
Using a microcontroller to automatically control the heating speed of the front and rear furnaces, measuring accuracy values, flexible and convenient operation, stable and reliable performance.
The heating rate of the front and rear furnaces can be controlled simultaneously, or the heating rate of the front or rear furnace can be controlled separately.
The instrument can be restored to its working state before the power outage after a short power outage, and can be restarted to avoid sample scrap.
