Although some water may appear clear to the naked eye without turbidity, after repeated boiling of the boiler inner water, the minerals in these untreated water will undergo chemical reactions and stick to the heating tube and liquid level controller, resulting in the following situations:
Excessive dirt on the surface of the heating tube will prolong the heating time and increase power consumption.
Excessive dirt on the surface of the heating tube can greatly reduce its lifespan.
If there is too much dirt on the liquid level controller, it will malfunction and not work, and the heating tube will burn out.
★ This machine must be used by a dedicated person, who must read the instructions carefully and follow the warning prompts and usage instructions posted on the machine's exterior.
This machine uses a three-phase power supply, and wiring must be strictly operated according to the requirements.
The machine casing must be grounded.
Before each startup, check if the power supply is working properly and refill the water tank.
★ Every time the boiler is turned off, the hydrated steam in the boiler tank should be drained in a timely manner, and the main power should be turned off. Otherwise, the gas will turn into fake gas after cooling inside the machine. When the machine is turned on the next day, the air pressure will quickly rise, but when the valve is opened, all that comes out is water.
