The fully automatic dosing system is made based on the characteristics of difficult dissolution, easy clumping, and long-term exposure to air that make polymer drugs prone to condensation. It solves the problems of wasting manpower, inaccurate dosing, uneven dosing, and solidified products caused by manual dosing using conventional simple dissolving drugs. This system is an intelligent, fully automatic, and continuous integrated flocculant dissolution and dosing device, with a solution preparation range of 0-3000 liters/hour and a concentration of 0.1% -0.5%.

This device consists of a water supply system, a dry powder feeding system, a dissolution and maturation system, a control system, a liquid feeding system, and a secondary dilution feeding system.
After pre mixing the medicine with water, it first enters the first set of mixing tanks, where it is thoroughly stirred and mixed by a mixer; When the mixing tank is full, it will automatically flow to the maturation tank, where it will be further mixed and dissolved; After two rounds of stirring and mixing, the medicine finally overflows into the storage tank. At this point, the medicine has matured and can be added to the dosing point through a pump.
A liquid level sensor is installed in the medicine storage room. When the liquid level is at the minimum level, the PLC will send an electrical signal to stop the pump from working to prevent it from running dry; When the night level is at a high level, the device stops working, indicating that there is a problem with the dispensing pump or water inlet later on.
In practical work, the pumping capacity of the pump is often not equal to the preparation capacity of the device. Often, the pumping capacity of the pump is greater than the preparation capacity of the device, and the medicine can flow back to the storage tank from the pump outlet.
During the preparation process, if there is a change in water volume, the flocculant dosing device will automatically follow the change in water flow rate to ensure that the concentration of the prepared solution remains unchanged throughout the entire working process. Both the preparation tank and the maturation tank are equipped with multi blade agitators to fully ensure the dilution and maturation of the flocculant. In addition, the liquid level signal under the storage tank can be used to control the start and stop of the secondary dilution and dosing process.
When using for the first time, the water in the three dispensing boxes should be filled to 2/3 of the box, and then the solid dry powder feeding device should be turned on. After adjusting to a certain proportion, water and solid dry powder should be added at the same time. At this time, the mixing motors of each box should be turned on to dilute the medicine in the three dispensing boxes evenly.
