Detection of cadmium (Cd) content in wheat

Refer to GB 5009.15-2014 "National Food Safety Standard - Determination of Cadmium in Food"

Grind the wheat sample into powder using a grinder, accurately weigh about 1g of the sample, and record it. When transferring samples into the digestion tank, try to send them to the bottom of the tank to avoid hanging on the wall.

Weigh the sample and place it in a digestion tank, record it, place it on a graphite furnace, run the program, automatically add the digestion acid: 5mL nitric acid+0.5mL perchloric acid, shake at full power for 2 minutes, and perform digestion.

determination

Use graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the Cd content in the sample, with an analysis line of 228.8nm, a working current of 2mA, a negative high voltage of 300V, and an injection volume of 10 μ L. The standard curve has a correlation of 0.99768.

The RSD of 6 wheat samples determined by graphite furnace method was 3.9%, with good parallelism, indicating small temperature differences and high uniformity of digestion.
