The fully automatic cuff packaging machine is designed for individual objects or products without pallets. This machine is connected to the production line for automatic feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and shaping, and does not require manual operation as an automated packaging equipment. ·The fully automatic cuff packaging machine is designed for individual objects or products without pallets. This machine is connected to the production line for automatic feeding, film wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and shaping, and does not require manual operation as an automated packaging equipment. It can be packaged in various forms such as 6 bottles (2 × 3), 8 bottles (2 × 4), 9 bottles (3 × 3), 12 bottles (3 × 4), 15 bottles (3 × 5), 18 bottles (3 × 6), 20 bottles (4 × 5), 24 bottles (4 × 6), etc
·AYT-6030AH adopts advanced technology and process manufacturing, with stable equipment performance and automatic counting of daily output and other functions
·Adopting FATEK "PLC" programmable logic controller and intelligent touch screen matching, realizing the integration of machine, electricity and gas
·This machine can be packaged in two, three, four rows with or without bottom support according to production requirements. When changing the packaging form, simply switch the switch on the panel and replace the matching material block.
·Using a reducer, the feeding and film feeding process is smooth and without shaking. When packaging colored film, it is necessary to add a color code positioning system to accurately locate it
·Adopting a specially designed sealing knife, the sealing line is firm, non cracking, and not easy to stick to the knife; Plastic steel material conveyor belt is wear-resistant and has high strength
·The feeding conveyor belt can be designed to feed on the left or right side according to the needs of the site
