Multi gradient separation mode (concentration gradient+pH gradient+temperature gradient)

On the basis of using concentration gradient combined with pH gradient separation, a temperature gradient separation function has been specially developed. This function is different from traditional column temperature box constant temperature heating or variable temperature heating. It adopts a bonding temperature control method, that is, the color filter column is tightly attached to the column temperature box, and the stainless steel column tube is controlled in real time by the metal copper with high thermal conductivity in the column temperature box. Precise temperature control is carried out for different types and special amino acids at different stages of their elution time, thus achieving the true temperature gradient elution function and effectively improving the separation effect.

Breaking through traditional detectors

The third-generation micro diode photometer adopts wide bandgap semiconductor technology and a nitride semiconductor based micro LED light source, which has the advantages of high efficiency, high sensitivity, high brightness, fast response, and no energy attenuation. The detector of the traditional amino acid analyzer uses a halogen lamp as the light source, uses tungsten filament to emit light, and then divides it online through a filter or grating to obtain two wavelengths of 570nm and 440nm. However, the radiation flux of the 440nm channel is much lower than that of 570nm, and the chromatographic peak response of the two channels is several times different, which has a certain impact on the quantitative results.


Excellent reaction unit

Adopting advanced UHT (Unidirectional Heat Transfer) technology, a layer of unidirectional thermal insulation film is added outside the tubular reactor, which has the characteristics of forward heat transfer and reverse heat transfer barrier. The thermal conductivity efficiency of the A388 reactor has increased by 20% compared to the previous generation reactor, and the optimal reaction can be achieved without excessive derivative temperature. It has the advantages of high reaction efficiency and fast reaction speed.
