The straw kneading machine kneads the collected raw materials. Adjust the kneading effect of straw and the amount of crushed material by adjusting the number of hammer blades. Reduce the number of hammer blades, lengthen the discharged straw, reduce the amount of crushed material, increase the number of hammer blades, shorten the discharged straw, and increase the amount of crushed material. It uses a conveyor belt to automatically feed and flatten, cut, shred, and crush straw, destroying the hard stem nodes on the surface of the straw. It processes straw that cannot be directly eaten by livestock into a silky and palatable forage without losing its nutritional components, making it easier for livestock to digest and absorb.

The straw kneading machine transports the materials to be processed to the crushing chamber through a conveyor, and the materials are crushed by the interaction between the high rotating hammer and the kneading board. The crushed materials are then thrown outdoors by the throwing fan blades.
