Fruit and vegetable drying line

The equipment has excellent drying effect, rapid dehydration, and completely maintains the original color and essence of the items. The equipment is designed with a separate body, and the drying layer is made of stainless steel material, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The major feature of this equipment is that the dried product does not change color.
(1) The provided hot air is pure hot air, and the temperature of the hot air is provided according to the requirements of the item, ranging from 50 ℃ to 160 ℃, with a set temperature range automatically controlled.
(2) The fruit and vegetable drying line is cyclically flipped, layer by layer drying, which largely simulates manual flipping under sunlight.
(3) The drier material gradually becomes wet layer by layer and dehydrates layer by layer. The drier material comes into contact with hot air, while the wetter material comes into contact with moist hot air, avoiding direct contact with dry hot air and greatly reducing the damage to the essence and color of the item caused by approximate sunlight exposure.
(4) The items on the fruit and vegetable drying line are dehydrated and dried layer by layer, and finally the wet air is directly discharged from the top layer. The contact time between the wet air and the items is extremely short (less than 5 seconds), completely avoiding the "fermentation" phenomenon caused by the long contact time between the wet air and the items, ensuring the color of the items.
