This model of cleaning machine is mainly composed of a motor, a gearbox, 8-12 hair sticks, etc. There are three models: 800, 1200, 1500, and 2000. It is designed and manufactured by our factory based on the characteristics of root and potato processing machinery at home and abroad. It adopts the brush principle and is widely used for cleaning round and oval fruits and vegetables such as ginger, carrots, yams, potatoes, sweet potatoes, kiwifruit, etc. for poultry such as pig feet, pig heads, chicken feet, and for cleaning and peeling root and potato vegetables. This machine has the characteristics of beautiful appearance and easy operation, large cleaning and peeling volume, high efficiency, low energy consumption, continuous cleaning, simple operation, and long service life. The brush roller material is treated with special technology (rolled from nylon wire rope), which is durable and has good wear resistance. The box is made of high-quality stainless steel material, which is rust free, clean and hygienic. Customization can be made according to customer requirements.
The equipment, except for standard components such as motors and bearings, is made of stainless steel material (304 or 201 stainless steel can be selected), which fully meets the hygiene requirements for export food. The equipment can be equipped with an optional bubble generation device to make the material roll and remove pesticide residues on the surface of the product. At the same time, an appropriate amount of medication can be added for disinfection and color fixation. Floating objects can overflow from the overflow tank, and sediment can be discharged from the outlet to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Bubble cleaner is designed for materials with high appearance requirements, suitable for cleaning and soaking granular, leaf shaped, and root and stem products such as vegetables, fruits, and aquatic products.
