The inspection, refueling, and replacement of the oil in the continuously variable transmission gearbox should first stop the motor. It is strictly prohibited to remove the oil inspection plug under smoking conditions. The appropriate amount of oil should be added as soon as it flows out, and if it is insufficient, it should be replenished.
The third is the adjustment of the belt
After the motor stops, use your fingers (middle finger and index finger) to compress the belt at the middle of the two pulleys by a standard value of 7-12mm. When it exceeds the standard value, adjust the idler to the specified tightness.
Fourthly, we do not use or store it for a long time
When we need to store for a long time without using it, we can wash and wipe off the dirt and other objects in each part. All the debris attached to the rotating parts, belts, chains, etc. should be completely removed, and the rotating parts and friction active parts should be fully oiled to prevent rusting.
