This device is used to measure the static and dynamic coefficients of friction of plastic films and packaging materials. According to the method of ASTM D1894-90, measure the friction characteristics of materials sliding or objects under specific testing conditions. The test material is fixed onto the skateboard of the physical property tester (physical property analyzer, texture analyzer). The size of the skateboard is 63.5 × 63.5mm, with a weight of 200+/-5g. Skateboards measure strength by pulling a reference material at a constant speed. The friction coefficient can be obtained from the results. |
