Frequency signal isolator refers to the process of isolating and converting AC voltage frequency, sine wave, rectangular wave pulse frequency signals into standard analog signal outputs. It can be directly connected to digital displays, PLCs, and computer systems.

1、 Frequency signal isolator:

The YSD-F frequency signal isolator type converts sine wave and rectangular wave pulse frequency signals into standard analog signal outputs or relay contact signal outputs through isolation. It can be directly connected to digital displays, PLCs, and computer systems. This product is widely used in automatic cargo systems in the mechanical, electrical, railway, petrochemical, metallurgical, chemical, food, and wastewater treatment industries.

2、 Characteristics of frequency signal isolator:

1. Measurement: Pulse frequency signal (optocoupler, proximity switch), DC voltage, DC current, displacement signal.

2. Purpose: To isolate and convert DC voltage, DC current, potentiometer signals, temperature signals, sine wave, rectangular wave pulse frequency signals, as well as encoder or proximity optocoupler switch signals into standard analog signal outputs or relay contact signal outputs. It can be directly connected to digital displays, PLCs, and computer systems.

3. Working principle: Optocoupler linearly isolates signal to adjust output.

4. Accuracy: ± 0.2% RO

5. Output: Standard analog signals or relay contact signals such as 0~20mAdc, 4~20mAdc, 0~10Vdc, 0~5VDC, -10~0~10Vdc, etc.
