4、 Notice before using water bath oscillator

1. Please read this manual carefully before use.

2. The working surface of the machine should not be excessively smooth (such as tiles, etc.).

3. The electrical rated parameters of the socket provided by the user should not be less than the electrical rated parameters of the machine, and there should be good grounding measures.

4. The whole machine is strictly prohibited from being used in an environment with direct sunlight.

5. The speed control should start slowly from low speed to high speed.

6. The machine may experience some displacement during high-speed oscillation, so it should be monitored by someone during use.

5、 Instructions for using water bath oscillator

1. Load the test bottle and maintain balance. If it is a dual function model, set the oscillation mode

2. Connect the power and set the timer according to the surface scale of the machine. If you need to work for a long time, adjust the timer to the "normally open" position.

3. Turn on the power switch and set the constant temperature:

(1) Place the control switch in the 'Setting' section, and the temperature displayed on the screen will be the set temperature. Adjust the knob to set it to the desired temperature for your work. (The working temperature you set should be higher than the ambient temperature. At this point, the machine will start heating up and the yellow indicator light will be on. Otherwise, the machine will not work.)

(2) Place the small switch of the control part on the 'measurement' end, and the temperature displayed on the screen will be the actual temperature of the air inside the test chamber. As the temperature inside the chamber changes, the displayed number will also change accordingly.

(3) When heated to the desired temperature, the heating will automatically stop and the green indicator light will turn on; When the heat inside the test chamber dissipates below the temperature you set, a new round of heating will begin.

4. Activate the oscillation device:

(1) Turn on the oscillation switch on the control panel, and the indicator light will turn on.

(2) Adjust the oscillation speed knob to the desired oscillation frequency.

5. Cut off the power after work, and set the speed control knob and temperature control knob to the lowest point.

6. Clean the machine and keep it clean.

6、 Precautions for digital water bath oscillator

1. Instruments should be placed on a sturdy workbench, with a clean and tidy environment and good ventilation.

2. The power socket provided by the user should have good grounding measures.

3. It is strictly prohibited to move the machine during normal operation.

4. It is strictly prohibited for objects to collide with the machine.

5. Children are strictly prohibited from approaching the machine to prevent accidents.

6. Before replacing the fuse, ensure that the power supply has been cut off.

7. After use, please clean the machine without leaving any water droplets or dirt residue.
