The cryogenic water bath constant temperature oscillator is widely used in bacterial culture, fermentation, and cell tissue research that require high temperature, oscillation frequency, and amplitude. It plays a wide and important role in laboratory research and application fields such as molecular biology, medicine, biology, pharmaceuticals, food, and environmental protection.
The motor is a very important component. Motors can be divided into DC motors and AC motors according to the type of working power source. DC motor speed regulation performance *, easy to smoothly regulate speed, which cannot be replaced by AC motor, and DC motor has strong overload capacity, large thermal and braking torque. However, DC motors are difficult to reverse, can generate sparks, have a short lifespan, require frequent maintenance, and are more expensive. AC motors can be equipped with reducers when outputting high torque at low speeds, and with the improvement of frequency converter control algorithms, except for EMC issues, AC variable frequency drives are often superior or comparable to DC motors in other issues. In most laboratories, there is usually only a 220V single-phase AC power supply. The water bath constant temperature oscillator requires a speed of 30rpm to 900rpm, a control accuracy of 1rpm, and a stable output of sufficient torque to drive the belt reduction wheel to rotate at low speeds. Considering factors such as motor price, later maintenance, and software design, the water bath constant temperature oscillator adopts a capacitor starting single-phase asynchronous motor.
The working principle of a single-phase asynchronous motor: In an AC motor, when the stator winding passes through an AC current, the armature electromotive force is established, which has a significant impact on the energy conversion and operational performance of the motor. So when single-phase AC winding is connected to single-phase AC, it generates pulsating magnetic electromotive force, which can be decomposed into two rotating magnetic electromotive forces with equal amplitude and opposite speed, thus establishing forward and reverse magnetic fields in the air gap. These two rotating magnetic fields cut the rotor conductor and generate induced electromotive force and induced current in the rotor conductor, respectively. The frozen water bath constant temperature oscillator generates positive and negative electromagnetic torques through the interaction between the current and the magnetic field. Positive electromagnetic torque attempts to make the rotor rotate forward; Reverse electromagnetic torque attempts to reverse the rotor. Instructions and usage:
1. The oscillator can be used at medium speed within the speed range, which can extend the service life of the instrument.
2. When using, first place the oscillator in a horizontal position, ensuring that the four points are firmly in contact with the ground or tabletop. The environment should be clean and tidy, with moderate temperature and good ventilation.
3. Before turning on the power, the instrument speed control knob should be placed in the smallest position.
4. The test bottle should be placed inside the instrument and kept balanced during operation to avoid generating significant vibrations.
5. Select timer and adjust the timer knob to the "timer" or normally open ON position.
6. Connect the power, turn on the power and place it in the on position. The indicator light will turn on. Slowly adjust the speed control knob to the desired speed. Display the oscillation frequency on the monitor
7. Before each shutdown, the speed control knob must be set to a small position. Set the timer to the "zero" position again. Cut off the power.

Instructions for Use:
1. Add an appropriate amount of water to the water tank (the water level should be 2-3cm above the spring clamp) and place the reagent bottle on the spring clamp.
2. Firstly, turn on the power, turn on the heating switch, and the temperature controller will light up. At this time, click the SET function button on the temperature controller. Click the set function button on the temperature controller, and the upper row will display sp and the lower row will display the set temperature. Click the △ or ▽ button to select the desired working temperature. After setting, click the set function button again to enter the constant temperature timing setting. The upper row will display st and the lower row will display the set time. Click the ▲ or ▼ button to select the constant temperature timing time. (If no timing is required, set the time to 0) Click the set button again to exit the setting state. At this time, the temperature inside the box is running at a constant temperature according to the set temperature; After running, the buzzer will sound an alarm and stop heating.
3. Adjust the oscillation 'timing knob', select the oscillation timing time (if timing is not required, adjust the timing knob to the normally open position), and then slowly adjust the 'speed control knob' to the desired oscillation speed.
4. After use, adjust the speed control knob to the 0 position, turn off the power. If not in use for a long time, unplug the power, drain the water, clean and wipe it clean in a timely manner to extend its service life.
