This system combines an automatic folding and sealing machine with a fully automatic bundling machine (using a table top drum without power) to meet customer sealing and bundling needs and save labor costs. The dual machine design integrates sealing and bundling operations;
Belt transmission on both sides, the main transmission mechanism uses a special Peilin seat, which is high-precision, low-noise, and increases the service life of the belt;
Adopting a PLC control system, the drive belts on both sides are extended by 300MM, and 2 or more sets of photoelectric switches are installed. The number of bundles can be set;
Adopting a trapezoidal screw to synchronously adjust the width and height, the structural design is reliable;
The folded length of the sealing tape at both ends of the cardboard box is 50-65mm.
Main application industries: packaging for products such as pharmaceuticals, printing, food, beverages, cosmetics, books, etc.
