Main application scope and functions:
1. Sponge indentation hardness testing function: This machine meets the requirements of GB/T10807-2006. It is mainly applicable to the indentation hardness of soft foam polymer materials such as sponges, foam, etc. The indentation hardness of sponges, foam and other materials with standard sizes is measured under the A, B and C methods required by national standards. This instrument is computer-controlled and can quickly and accurately collect, process, access, display, and print various data during the experimental process
2. Sponge foam tensile test function: the machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6344-1996, GB/T10808-2006, ISO8067:1989 standards. It is applicable to the test of tensile strength, elongation at break and crevice performance of soft sponge foam polymer materials. This machine adopts a computer measurement and control system, with a fully Chinese display interface in the software, simple and convenient operation, and high testing accuracy.
