The crushing principle is as follows: the material added to the crushing chamber through the feeding machine is impacted by the high-speed airflow accelerated by the crushing nozzle, causing the materials to collide with each other. The impact speed is the superposition of two relative velocities, resulting in high crushing efficiency. The crushed material and airflow form a boiling bed, which rises and enters the classification wheel. The coarse particles fall back into the crushing chamber and continue to collide and crush. The fine particles are discharged from the body through the classification wheel with the airflow, enter the dust collection device, and are captured to obtain the product. The exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
