Product Overview

The CFM500A flow switch is an intelligent flow monitoring sensor based on the principle of thermal diffusion. The product is centered around an internationally advanced ARM industrial grade MCU, combined with high-quality sensors and dedicated circuits. After temperature compensation and calibration, it can ensure measurement accuracy even when the water temperature changes. The product is capable of real-time monitoring of water flow in pipelines, used for flow interruption monitoring of cooling or lubrication systems, and providing early warning and protection for important equipment in case of flow failures. The product adopts a fully enclosed design, and the stainless steel structure is suitable for various application environments. The product has overvoltage, overcurrent, and reverse connection protection. The self luminous OLED screen can display and switch between progress bars and numbers, and the action point can be quickly set through buttons. The display reversal function can be installed in any direction without frequent adjustment and maintenance. It can be widely used for the operation protection of large equipment such as power generation, metallurgy, steel, papermaking, boilers, etc.
