Fixed weighing batching system

This production line is widely used in automatic batching and packaging production lines for various materials and industries. The batching only requires manual input of 2 to 12 types of materials into each silo. The computer control system automatically puts various materials into the weighing system according to the pre-set ratio. The weighing system will automatically add them according to the batching ratio of each material. After each batching is completed, the material is automatically lifted into the mixer by the bucket elevator for mixing. After mixing evenly, it is automatically discharged and then lifted into the storage silo by the bucket elevator for automatic quantitative packaging by the packaging system.
