Suitable for producing composite plastic sheets such as PP, PE, PS, etc., widely used in thin-walled plastic containers such as disposable drinking cups, tableware bowls, packaging boxes, milk tea cups, etc.
Integrated mechanical and electrical design, using microcomputer and PLC control, human-machine interface operation, high automation production efficiency.
The control system uses electrical and pneumatic components, which are reliable in quality and have a long service life.
The extrusion screw adopts a large aspect ratio, which has good plasticization and stable production capacity.
The high-precision mirror roller adopts horizontal, vertical, and 45 degree inclined installation. The three roller independent or synchronous linkage transmission mode is easy to operate, and the sheet material is smooth, bright, and uniform in thickness.
High precision distributor, hanger type die head ensures stable flow rate and uniform pressure of the outflow fluid.
This machine can produce multi-color composite sheets according to different purposes of the product.
