Using a control system to control the movement of the laser according to the trajectory of the electronic circuit, the laser is projected onto the three-dimensional plastic device formed by injection molding, and the material is activated by the laser in a short period of time - the laser separates the metal structure compounds in the plastic containing dopants (laser activation). The metal atoms exposed after laser activation serve as seed layers for the chemical plating process, and the activated area can grow a metal layer with a thickness of 5-10 microns (surface metallization) during the chemical plating process, thereby achieving the formation of three-dimensional circuits in the material.
