Fitter platform/Fitter tablet

As the name suggests, a fitter platform is a type of cast iron platform used for fitter work. Depending on the type of fitter, the structure of the fitter platform will also change accordingly. There are two types of materials, cast iron and steel, which are required to be solid and stable. The height of the fitter platform is about 800-900mm, and tiger pliers and protective nets can be installed on the table to facilitate work.
Classification of cast iron fitter platforms:
1. Fitter assembly platform: With T-shaped grooves machined on it, it is mainly used to fix workpieces and serves as the basic platform for fitters to debug, assemble, and maintain equipment.
2. Fitter Inspection Platform: Suitable for various inspection work, a reference plane for precision measurement, used for machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement reference, checking the dimensional accuracy or behavioral deviation of parts, and making precise marking. It is also an indispensable basic tool in mechanical manufacturing inspection.
3. Fitter Marking Platform: The platform is marked with marking lines on its surface, which are used by fitters to inspect workpieces and mark them with reference lines. The marking lines are made by users according to their specific dimensions based on their usage.
Instructions for using the cast iron fitter platform:
1. Before use, use non corrosive gasoline to clean the anti rust oil on the working surface, and wipe it clean with degreased cotton yarn before use.
2. Temperature changes can cause measurement errors and should be used within the range of 20 ± 5 ℃.
3. Adjust the level to horizontal when using, so that the support points are evenly distributed on each support point.
4. Be careful and prevent collisions when using.
5. After use, wipe clean, apply anhydrous acidic anti rust oil, cover with moisture-proof paper, and store in a clean and dry place.
6. Weekly inspection period: The longest weekly inspection period is one year.
