Application:

The M50 flue gas analyzer is widely used in small and medium-sized combustion systems that use solid particulate matter such as gas, oil, and coal as fuel, especially for measuring solid fuel systems (such as wood fueled combustion systems, where the instantaneous peak concentration of CO in the flue gas can reach 20000ppm or even higher in incomplete combustion). For example, smoke detection and combustion efficiency adjustment of various thermal energy equipment such as oil and coal-fired boilers. M50 is a handheld smoke analyzer with a sturdy and durable protective case with a magnetic suction function on the back. The LCD backlit display screen can simultaneously display 10 or 5 rows of enlarged measurement values. The instrument has the functions of displaying measured values in graphical form and searching for the center temperature of the flue. Equipped with a second air flushing pump, the flushing pump can automatically activate to protect CO/H when the concentration of flue gas exceeds 4000ppm due to insufficient fuel combustion₂Sensors are not poisoned, extending their lifespan. The instrument automatically displays fault/maintenance information for easy maintenance.

The compact design allows the device to be equipped with up to six types of sensors (O)₂、 CO/H₂、 NO、CO_high、 NO₂、 SO₂）.

It can be connected to a PC through a USB interface and to an external printer through an infrared printing interface, allowing for real-time printing of measurement data or stored data. Optional Bluetooth interface for wireless data communication with PCs and laptops.
