M650 is a portable flue gas analyzer, with the core analysis components built into a sturdy enclosure with a protection level of IP65. It also integrates a thermal printer and a Peltier electronic cooler. The tested gas is cooled by the Peltier cooler and filtered out of dust by a fine filter before entering the electrochemical sensor inside the device for concentration analysis. The LCD backlit display screen can simultaneously display 10 rows of measurement values. The instrument has measurement value graphic display and flue center temperature search function. The built-in second air flushing pump can automatically turn on to protect the CO/H2 sensor and extend its service life. Automatically display maintenance information for easy maintenance.
The M650 flue gas analysis system integrates a Peltier cooler, so it is mainly used in long-term measurement scenarios (automatic removal of condensed water) and for measuring high concentrations of NO2 and SO2. Because NO2 and SO2 are easily soluble in water, we must eliminate the influence of low measurement results caused by the solubility of the tested gas in water during measurement. So when detecting NO2 and SO2, it is necessary to use a heat tracing sampling tube and a gas cooler. By combining these devices, we can avoid the occurrence of the above situation. The heated gas is cooled by a cooler to remove condensed water, achieving gas water separation.
