Equipment function:
The standard cigarette box consists of the main body of the box, a photoelectric smoke density meter, a heater, a refrigeration unit, an interference light source device, an industrial computer, etc., in accordance with the standard specifications and parameter requirements. Equipped with a built-in photoelectric smoke density meter, it is used to detect the smoke concentration value inside the smoke body. The imported component photoelectric smoke density meter adopts an optical design to suppress the influence of environmental temperature on the sensor, ensuring the accuracy and stability of the test. The device is equipped with an internal heater and an external refrigeration unit to automatically control the temperature inside the box. When using a smoke fire detector, reduce the temperature to 0 °+/-2 ° C or increase it to 55 °+/-2 ° C at a rate of less than 1C/min, and test the sensitivity value of the smoke detector in high and low temperature environments. When testing a temperature detector, the heating rates can be set to 1 ° C/min, 3 ° C/min, 5 ° C/min, 10 ° C/min, 20 ° C/min, and 30 ° C/min. The highest temperature may reach 160 ° C. The testing software can adjust the wind speed, smoke rise rate, and temperature to meet the standard testing requirements. The Zontest Smoke Test Tunnel software, specially developed, has built-in testing parameters. By selecting the corresponding testing items, the software can automatically run the test program. The software continuously monitors smoke concentration, smoke rise rate, and temperature rate, and records detector sensitivity values.
