1. Ordinary chemicals: Remove the filter bag, gently shake it, pour out the dust and foreign objects inside the filter bag, soak it in drinking water for no more than 20 minutes, remove it, rinse it with drinking water, gently tap and wash it until the cleaning water is clear. After drying flat in the clean area, carefully inspect the filter bag and replace it promptly if it is damaged.

2. Cephalosporins: Remove the filter bag and place it in a prepared 1% sodium carbonate solution. Soak for ten minutes to inactivate it, then remove it. After removing any foreign objects from the bag, rinse it with drinking water and gently pat it until the cleaning water is clear. After drying flat in a clean area, carefully inspect the filter bag and replace it promptly if it is damaged.

3. Primary and medium efficiency filters should be cleaned and dried indoors. Filter bags that are temporarily unused should be cleaned and sealed in clean plastic bags for storage.

4. At the beginning of each workshop, medium efficiency filters are used exclusively and cannot be interchanged. At the beginning of each workshop, the medium efficiency filters should be cleaned separately, air dried, and stored.

5. During the production of cephalosporin drugs, the intermediate efficiency filter should be used exclusively and should not be interchanged or exchanged with the intermediate efficiency filter used in the production of ordinary chemical drugs.

When the initial pressure difference of the clean primary and intermediate efficiency filters is less than the original initial pressure difference of the filter, the filter bag cannot be used anymore and should be eliminated.
