This vehicle is mainly composed of chassis, tank body, coupler buffer device, bogie and other parts. The chassis has a center beam structure. The inner diameter of the rolling tank body is 2600mm, made of fiberglass, and composed of anti-corrosion layer, load-bearing layer, and anti-aging layer, with anti-corrosion and cleaning functions. There are extraction pipes and intake pipes. The loading and unloading method is upper loading and unloading (the manhole also serves as the acid loading port). Installation of coupler buffer device, braking device, and bogie in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Railways for the 13 # upper acting coupler and ST type buffer; 120 type air control valve, ST2-250 type bidirectional brake shoe clearance automatic adjuster, KZW-4GAB or TWG-1A type empty and heavy vehicle automatic adjustment device; K2 type bogie. Users can choose to install horizontal chain handbrake or NSW type handbrake, carbon steel brake fittings pipe system (phosphating inside the pipe system) or stainless steel brake fittings pipe system.
