Fiber optic near-infrared liquid moisture analyzer(Model: XKCON-NIR-MA-PT) is a plug-in online near-infrared moisture detection instrument independently designed and developed by our company.

1. Working principle

The specific spectrum of light embedded in the instrument vertically penetrates the medium and is absorbed by certain components inside the medium, resulting in light intensity attenuation. The remaining attenuated light is detected by the photodetector on the opposite side. By processing the received signal and combining it with the built-in model of the instrument, the moisture content in the medium can be accurately calculated. For different media, selecting a specific optical path can provide more accurate measurement results.

2. Equipment features

The internal spectrometer structure of the instrument is designed with a constant temperature packaging method, which enables the whole machine to stably collect spectra under different environmental temperature conditions, ensuring wavelength accuracy and repeatability;

The instrument has a built-in automatic calibration function, and the designed optical path switching device is integrated with the reference calibration device, which can achieve the switching of reference and sample optical paths, as well as the automatic monitoring of the instrument's spectral performance. It can achieve wavelength accuracy and baseline automatic calibration without human intervention;

The instrument supports supporting liquid sampling fiber optic probes and flow cell detection functions. It is connected to an external flow cell device through fiber optic cables, and measures in strong acid, alkali, corrosive, oxidizing and other working environments to ensure the accuracy of liquid measurement results;

Explosion proof level: meets the gas explosion-proof requirements of the entire machine.
