This device adopts human-machine interface and PLC control, TFT true color screen displays test parameters and data, equipped with different weights and winding wheels, which can meet the winding tests of butterfly shaped fiber optic cables and other optical cables used in access networks. The speed is non adjustable, with beautiful appearance, stable performance, simple operation, and safe use.
