The selected cylinder accessories include the installation of related joint cylinders: according to the installation form of the cylinder installation parts, they can be divided into detachable and fixed cylinders. According to the installation form of the cylinder, it can be divided into four types: fixed type, swing type, embedded type, and rotary cylinder. (1) Before installing the cylinder, it should undergo a no-load test run and a pressure test at 1.5 times the maximum working pressure. After normal operation and no air leakage, it can be put into use. (2) Before connecting the cylinder to the pipeline, it is necessary to clear the dirt inside the pipeline to prevent debris from entering the cylinder. (3) When there is a change in load during the journey, a cylinder with sufficient output force should be used and an additional buffer device should be added. (4) Before starting the operation of the buffer cylinder, first tighten the buffer throttle valve to the two smaller positions of the throttle, and then gradually open it until it is adjusted to a satisfactory buffer effect. (5) Do not use full stroke, especially when the piston rod extends, use the piston rod to collide with the cylinder head. Otherwise, it is easy to cause load concentration at the piston rod and external connection. The installation form of the cylinder should be determined based on factors such as installation location and usage purpose. In general, a fixed cylinder is used. When continuous rotation with the working mechanism is required (such as lathes, grinders, etc.), a rotary cylinder should be selected. When there are special requirements, the corresponding special cylinder should be selected.
The structural principle of the German Festo FESTO cylinder:
A double acting cylinder is generally composed of components such as a cylinder barrel, front and rear cylinder heads, pistons, piston rods, seals, and fasteners. The cylinder barrel is fastened and locked between the front and rear cylinder heads by four tie rods and nuts (not shown in Figure 24). There is a piston connected to the piston rod inside the cylinder, and a piston sealing ring is installed on the piston. To prevent air leakage and external dust intrusion, the front cylinder head is equipped with a sealing ring and a dust ring for the piston rod. This double acting cylinder is divided by the piston into a rod chamber (referred to as the head chamber or front chamber) and a rodless chamber (referred to as the tail chamber or rear chamber)

a. There is output force in both directions
b. The output force during the return trip is smaller than that during the extension, and the difference is the product of pressure and the cross-sectional area of the piston rod.

When there are changes in the negative wear during work, a cylinder with sufficient output force should be selected;
2. Under high temperature or corrosive conditions, corresponding high-temperature or corrosive resistant cylinders should be selected;
3. In situations with high humidity, heavy dust, or water droplets or welding slag, the cylinder should adopt protective measures to prevent leakage;
Before connecting the cylinder to the pipeline, it is necessary to clear the dirt inside the pipeline to prevent debris from entering the cylinder;
5. The medium used in the cylinder should be filtered through a filter element of at least 40um before use;

Festo FESTO rodless cylinder refers to a cylinder that uses a piston to directly or indirectly connect external machinery and enables it to follow the piston to achieve reciprocating motion. The biggest advantage of this cylinder is that it saves installation space. Magnetic rodless cylinder: The piston drives the external moving body of the cylinder body to move synchronously through magnetic force.
Festo FESTO rodless cylinder: A set of high-strength magnetic rings are installed on the piston, and the magnetic lines pass through the thin-walled cylinder and interact with another set of magnetic rings on the outside. Due to the opposite magnetic properties of the two sets of magnetic rings, they have strong suction force. When the piston is pushed by air pressure inside the cylinder, it drives the magnetic ring sleeve outside the cylinder to move together under the action of magnetic force. The thrust of the cylinder piston must be adapted to the suction force of the magnetic ring. Mechanical contact rodless cylinder: There is a groove in the axial direction of the cylinder tube, and the piston and Shangzhi move on the upper part of the groove. In order to prevent leakage and dust prevention, stainless steel sealing tape and dust-proof stainless steel tape are used to fix the opening on both ends of the cylinder head. The piston frame passes through the groove and connects the piston with Shangzhi as a whole. The piston is connected to the Shangzhi, driving the actuator fixed on the Shangzhi to achieve reciprocating motion
The arrangement of rodless cylinders: Generally, engines with less than 5 cylinders are arranged in an inline manner, and a few 6-cylinder engines also have an inline arrangement. The cylinder block of an inline engine is arranged in a straight line, and the structure of the cylinder block, cylinder head, and crankshaft is simple, with low manufacturing cost, good low-speed torque characteristics, low fuel consumption, compact size, and wide application. The disadvantage is low power. The inline 6-cylinder has good dynamic balance and relatively low vibration. Most 6 to 12 cylinder engines adopt a V-shaped arrangement, where the cylinders are arranged in four rows at staggered angles, resulting in a compact shape. The length and height dimensions of the V-shaped engine are small, making it very convenient to arrange. The V8 engine has a very complex structure and high manufacturing costs, so it is rarely used. The V12 engine is too large and heavy, and only a few high-end sedans adopt it. Valve count: Most domestic engines use 2 valves per cylinder, which means one intake valve and one exhaust valve; Foreign car engines generally adopt a 4-valve structure per cylinder, with 2 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves, which improves the efficiency of intake and exhaust; Some foreign companies have started to adopt a 5-valve structure per cylinder, consisting of 3 intake valves and 2 exhaust valves, mainly to increase the intake volume and make combustion more efficient. The number of valves is not necessarily better. Five valves can indeed improve intake efficiency, but the structure is extremely complex and difficult to process, so it is rarely used. The domestically produced new Jetta Wang uses a five valve engine. Displacement: Cylinder working volume refers to the volume of gas swept by the piston from top dead center to bottom dead center, also known as single cylinder displacement, which depends on the cylinder diameter and piston stroke. The engine displacement is the sum of the working volumes of each cylinder, generally expressed in (L). The engine displacement is one of the most important structural parameters, which can better represent the size of the engine than the cylinder diameter and number of cylinders. Many indicators of the engine are closely related to the exhaust volume. Zui high output power: Zui high output power is generally expressed in horsepower (PS) or kilowatts (KW). The output power of an engine is closely related to its rotational speed. As the rotational speed increases, the engine's power also increases accordingly. However, after reaching a certain rotational speed, the power tends to decrease. Generally, in the instructions for using a car, the maximum output power is expressed in terms of revolutions per minute (R/MIN), such as 100PS/5000R/MIN, which means the maximum output power is 100 horsepower at 5000 revolutions per minute.
