FYL vertical shaft submersible pump

The FYL series vertical long shaft submersible pump adopts an immersed impeller and is installed vertically. It has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, no leakage, simple operation, easy maintenance, small footprint, high degree of universality and standardization. It is an advanced and mature series of products that have absorbed advanced foreign technology and been developed and improved on the basis of existing submersible pumps in China.

Structural features:

1. Designed using the most advanced hydraulic model in China, it has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, and good reliability; Equipped with a low-speed motor, it has low noise and long service life;

2. The rotor components can be adjusted axially and are supported by multiple points, ensuring smooth and reliable pump operation;

3. The pump adopts a long axis structure, with an insertion depth of up to 10 meters. The shaft connection structure is safe and reliable, and easy to disassemble.

4. Sliding bearings can be lubricated with external cooling or self cooling;

5. When the pump is started, the impeller is immersed in the medium, making it easy to start and there is no problem of exhaust and suction.

6. The export flange is a semi movable flange for easy connection.

7. Extended suction tube can be used to increase the insertion depth, fully utilize the suction stroke, shorten the rotor length, enhance rigidity, extend the service life, and be economically reasonable;

8. When viewed from the motor towards the pump end, the pump rotates counterclockwise.
