Overview

The FRPP plastic flange transparent PTFE tube level gauge is mainly suitable for directly indicating the height of the medium level in various containers such as tanks, towers, tanks, and boxes. The instrument structure is simple and easy to use. The upper and lower valves of the instrument are equipped with safety steel balls. In the event of accidental damage to the glass, the steel balls will automatically seal under the pressure inside the container, preventing liquid from overflowing from the container.

Install
The liquid level gauge is a precision instrument, and should be handled with care during transportation, handling, unpacking, and installation. It should not be hit or knocked to prevent the glass tube from breaking. When the liquid level gauge leaves the factory, it is tested with 1.5 times PN pressure, and users are not allowed to disassemble the glass tube without authorization.
● Use
After the flanges of the upper and lower valves of the liquid level gauge are installed and connected to the flanges of the upper and lower outlet pipes of the container, slowly open the upper and lower valves to allow the liquid to flush the inner wall. If there is any unclear display, it will become clear after the pressure stabilizes. When the liquid in the container is at high temperature, the glass tube should be preheated for half an hour before being put into operation to prevent the glass tube from suddenly breaking due to high temperature.
● Maintenance
After long-term use, the liquid level gauge needs to be regularly flushed and drained. First, close the upper and lower valves, then open the drain valve to empty the liquid in the pipe and close it. Then, slightly open the lower valve to allow the liquid to fill the meter body and close it. Finally, slightly open the upper valve and open the drain valve, repeatedly flushing until it is completely drained.
If a needle valve is selected during normal operation, the number of rotations for the valve stem to exit should not be less than 4. When the glass tube is damaged, ensure that the steel ball can automatically seal.

By welding the flange on the container, a connector is formed with the container, and the height of the medium liquid level inside the container can be directly displayed through a glass tube. Both ends of the glass tube level gauge are equipped with needle valves, which are filled with steel columns. When the glass tube ruptures due to an accident, the steel ball automatically closes the needle valve channel under the pressure of the container to prevent the medium from flowing out of the container and eliminate hidden dangers.

The upper and lower valves of the glass tube level gauge are equipped with control switches and regulating valves. The connection methods usually include quick installation, welding, threading, flange connection with the container, and the liquid level height of the container medium is directly displayed through the glass tube. Both ends of the control regulating valve are equipped with steel balls, which function to automatically close the needle valve channel under the pressure of the container when the glass tube ruptures due to an accident, in order to prevent the medium from flowing out of the container.
