Functional Features
NG (natural gas) heating: The heating unit of the equipment is designed and manufactured according to standards specifically developed by Frank for clean equipment in high cleanliness environments. Guaranteed affordable combustion emissions, affordable usage costs, and minimal maintenance costs (without the fault points of traditional fuel heating units such as oil pumps, solenoid valves, fuel injectors, fuel filters, etc.). Stainless steel coil heating: The heating unit is made of all stainless steel material coil, ensuring extremely high heating efficiency and long service life, while avoiding the emission of oxide impurities generated during traditional carbon steel material heating.
Industrial grade ceramic crankshaft pump: with immersion type forced lubrication design, it can continuously use ultraviolet flame monitoring for long-term fatigue, and has passed the German DVGW safety certification. Through fine-tuning control of the gas supply valve, it ensures high-efficiency heating with constant water temperature.
Pressure free start: After starting up, the pressure rises smoothly, avoiding the shaking of the gun handle caused by sudden pressure increase during startup, and the cleaning operation is easy and safe. Automatic pressure relief when the gun is stopped: The high-pressure pump body automatically releases pressure when the gun is stopped, avoiding the reduction of equipment service life caused by the sealing system being in a high-pressure state for a long time.
TCC remote control system: It can freely switch between three cleaning modes on the gun handle: high-pressure cold water, high-pressure hot water, and high-pressure hot water with cleaning agent.
