Instructions for using reinforced polypropylene pipeline centrifugal pump:

1chemical pumpBefore starting, the pump should be filled with liquid by filling or vacuuming, and idling and reversing are strictly prohibited.
2. The conveying fluid of plastic pumps should be free of sediment, particles, and long fiber materials to prevent blockage and damage to the impeller and seal.
3. When the specific gravity of the medium conveyed by the pump is greater than 1.2, an additional motor should be installed to avoid affecting the head or burning out the motor.
4. Before parking, the discharge pipeline valve should be closed first. In the case of backflow, the inlet pipeline valve needs to be closed before shutting down the machine.

Maintenance and upkeep of polypropylene pipeline centrifugal pump:

1chemical pumpAfter using for a period of time, it was found that the machine seal end face was leaking, which was caused by wear of the machine seal end face. The dynamic ring should be adjusted, the two screws of the stainless steel half circle should be loosened, and the dynamic ring should be pushed forward appropriately without obstruction.
2. The usage status of the pump is 8-16 hours per day when it is turned on. Spare parts should be provided for continuous use for 24 hours, with regular maintenance and replacement. The replacement period is generally two to three months, and maintenance should be carried out upon expiration. If it does not affect production or non continuous operation, maintenance can be carried out at any time.
3. Maintenance methods for corrosion-resistant pumps:
a. Remove the dirt and impurities inside and outside the pump casing, pump cover, and impeller, rinse them clean, and carefully inspect them. If there is no damage, they can continue to be used.
b. Clean and flush the dirt and impurities inside and outside the machine seal assembly, check the wear of its sealing end face. For those with minor wear or scratches, use fine metallographic sandpaper to grind them flat on a flat plate until there are no scars before continuing to use. If the scratches cannot be removed after grinding, they must be replaced.

disassemble:

The disassembly sequence of the direct coupled plastic pump: remove the eight bolts connecting the bracket and the pump body (if there is a front pump cover, the eight bolts connecting the front pump cover and the pump body also need to be removed), remove the pump casing (remove the stainless steel fastening screw connecting the impeller shaft and the shaft sleeve from the front pump cover, rotate the impeller shaft in reverse to detach from the motor shaft; loosen the two stainless steel bolts on the sealing ring, remove the sealing ring; remove the impeller, and remove the static ring cover. The disassembly is complete.
