FN Landing Value Tester
|

Detailed introduction of the landing value meter The FN drop value analyzer is a specialized instrument for measuring amylase activity in grains, which can accurately determine the degree of germination damage in grains. It is suitable for measuring grains, especially wheat flour, and is an essential instrument for quality testing in fields such as grain storage, flour processing, and food processing. Users can choose between printing with or without printing function according to their actual needs.
The method and principle of the landing value meter: The suspension of grain flour (such as wheat flour) rapidly coagulates in a boiling water bath, and the starch in the coagulated material is liquefied to varying degrees due to the different activities of α - amylase. The degree of liquefaction varies, and the speed at which the agitator descends in the coagulated material is different. The difference in the falling value also reflects the corresponding differences in α - amylase activity. The lower the drop value, the higher the activity of alpha amylase. The drop value is expressed as the number of seconds required for the stirring rod to freely descend a specific height in the mixing solution.
Technical parameters of the drop value meter (in accordance with GB/T10361-2008 "Method for determination of drop values of wheat, rye and its flour, durum wheat and its coarse flour" standard): Mixing rod mass: 25 ± 0.05g Water bath heating tube: 600W Viscosity tube: inner diameter 21 ± 0.02mm Outer diameter: 23.8 ± 0.25mm Inner wall height: 220 ± 0.3mm Repeatability: The difference between two measurement results shall not exceed 10% of the average value Instrument size: 420 × 340 × 350mm Instrument weight: 25kg Working voltage: AC 220V 50Hz
