Core Technology and Performance 1

  • Measurement principle: Using X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy to achieve accurate measurement of coating thickness, non-destructive testing is adopted, with automatic focusing function to ensure sample integrity and measurement accuracy.

  • Element measurement range: covering Cl (17) - U (92), up to 24 elements and 23 layers of coating can be measured simultaneously.

  • Hardware performance:

    • Manual X/Y platform: Mobile range ≥ 95x150mm, usable worktable ≥ 420x450mm, able to meet the needs of multiple sample placement and measurement.

    • Electric Z-axis: supports manual/automatic focusing, with a movement range of ≥ 140mm, and can adapt to samples of different heights.

    • DCM technology: using measurement distance compensation method (DCM), it can achieve long-distance focusing measurement of cavity samples at a depth of 80mm.

    • High voltage regulation: Variable high voltage supports three levels of regulation: 30KV, 40KV, and 50KV, which can flexibly respond to different testing scenarios.

    • Collimator: Equipped with a circular collimator with a diameter of 0.3, it can improve measurement accuracy. There are also optional collimators with diameters of 0.1mm, 0.2mm, and rectangular sizes of 0.3mmx0.05mm.

    • X-ray detector: using a proportional receiver to ensure stable signal reception.

    • Camera: High resolution CCD camera with a magnification of 40-160 times, convenient for sample observation and positioning. The measurement position is observed along the direction of the primary X-ray beam, with manual focusing, crosshairs (with calibrated scales and measurement point sizes), and adjustable brightness LED lighting. The excitation light spot is used to accurately locate the sample.

Software and Data Processing 1

  • Operating system and software: Based on the Chinese operating interface of Windows 7 or above, equipped with WinFTM professional testing software, and equipped with a USB interface for connecting PC and printer.

  • Statistical calculation function: data group integration time and date function, with statistical calculation of mean, standard deviation, maximum value, minimum value, etc; Support tolerance range input, can calculate CP and Cpk values, and automatically alert when exceeding the range.

  • Calibration and judgment: Using the basic parameter method, with a built-in 12 element spectrum library, to achieve calibration measurement without standard plates; Equipped with MQ value display, used to determine the matching degree between the measurement program and the sample, to prevent misoperation.

  • Standard plate: equipped with 12 reference pure element (Ag, Cu, Fe, Ni, Zn, Zr, Mo, Sn, W, Au, Pb, Cr) standard plates.
