SHX blasting disc

SHX rupture discs are arch shaped discs with crossed notches, ideal for high-pressure sanitary applications.
The concave surface of the SHX blasting disc is in contact with the process medium, and the design of the disc ensures that it opens along the notch under the set pressure. In addition, the hub ring ensures that the disc disc does not shatter under high pressure and provides strong support to prevent the disc from sliding.

Fike's sanitary explosive discs comply with 3-A sanitary standard 60-01. Therefore, certified rupture discs are designated as "disposable installations", designed to be easy to clean through CIP (Clean in Place) and do not require disassembly and reinstallation to maintain compliance with 3-A hygiene standards.

Accessories and clamps
